Pier House is a luxury condominium and townhouse development overlooking the Hudson River. The three-story wood framed condominium building is constructed over a three level poured-in-place concrete parking garage.

The poured in place concrete garage is supported by tapered steel piles. The upper level of the garage supports the load from the condos above and transferred It to the concrete columns at the garage level.

Full engineering design services were provided for the 140,000 square foot condo building, including individual state-of-the-art hot water heater and mechanical system combination.
